The cost of its annual plans have been cut in half. In the UK, this brings the price down to £34.95 per year rather than the standard price of £69.90. In the US, you’ll pay just $24.95 for the ad-supported tier, or $49.95 for the ad-free one. These usually cost $49.99 per year and $99.99 per year respectively.

With this subscription at 50% off, you’ll have affordable and first streaming access to the biggest film of this year – Top Gun: Maverick – which hits Paramount+ on 22 December in the UK – and is expected to land on the US site around a similar time.

Get Paramount+ for 50% off

All you need to do is head to the Paramount+ homepage, click ‘Sign up for Paramount+’, follow the steps for setting up an account and ensure that you select the annual plan with 50% off.

Typically, Paramount+ offers a seven-day free trial for new subscribers. However, this is not available on the discounted annual plan. Both new and returning subscribers can take advantage of the offer – but only directly through Paramount+, not via a third-party service such as YouTube Primetime Channels.

The same deal isn’t available on the monthly plan, which costs £6.99 per month in the UK, and $4.99/$9.99 in the US.

This deal is available until Cyber Monday – 28 November 2022.

Paramount+ includes access to a whole raft of TV shows, including Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Halo, Yellowstone, The First Lady, Tulsa King and more. There are also lots of movies to check out, including Scream and Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

US readers can also qualify for another deal by signing up for Walmart+ (which includes a 30-day free trial), then you can get the Paramount+ Essential annual plan for free – this usually costs $49.99 per year.

Walmart+ includes early access to Black Friday deals on the site, free delivery from your local store, free shipping, fuel savings and rewards. This costs $98 per year, or $12.95 per month.

For further deals this week, check out what to expect from Black Friday 2022. You can also find out when tickets for Avatar: The Way of Water will go on sale.

HBO Max also has a great Black Friday deal available, as does Hulu and Disney+.
