Alexander’s injury occurred three days after star receiver Kelvin Benjamin tore his ACL.

“I’m disappointed for Frank,” coach Ron Rivera said. “That’s a tough one.”
Alexander said he will undergo surgery Tuesday then work toward the 2016 season.
“I just have to stay focused,” Alexander said. “I have to keep going, keep pounding.”
